All students must pay activities and health insurance fees on registration day. Tuition is paid at the end of the first week of class. Students sponsored by government or non-government organizations should make arrangements with the ELI office for payment of their tuition. In the Fall and Spring semester, a deferred payment plan is available.

Part-time students pay ELI tuition to the number of hours of ELI courses they are taking ($280.00 per hour per week for Fall and Spring semesters, $195.00 for Summer semester). All other fees remain the same. Students taking academic courses while at the ELI pay separate tuition to GMU for their academic courses.
