Summer 2008 Evening and Saturday Courses at the Arlington Campus

The English Language Institute offers two courses for non-native English speaking embassy personnel and their spouses, students and professionals during the summer 2008 semester. The courses will be conducted at George Mason University's Arlington Campus, one block from the Virginia Square - GMU metrorail station.

The 10-week Advanced Writing for Academic and Professional Success course is for individuals with an advanced English language ability who are looking to increase and improve their writing ability. The class meets from 9:00am to 12:20pm on Saturdays. Students will receive 4.0 CEUs (continuing education units).

The 10-week English Communication for Professional Success course is for individuals with an intermediate to advanced English language ability who want to improve their English skills in order to meet their personal and professional goals. The class meets from 5:30 to 8pm on Mondays. Students will receive 3.0 CEUs (continuing education units).

The Monday course begins June 2 and ends August 4, 2008. The Saturday course begins May 31 and ends August 9, 2008.
