The Global Experience Project, GXP,

is an, interactive

  • one-hour per week, eight-week program at the English Language Institute,

  •
  • which helps develop the English language skills of college-bound international students from around the world.
You’ll join an ELI class once a week and participate in classroom activities that help you understand other cultures, values and attitudes.
You’ll develop effective communication strategies as you get to know students from around the world who want to practice English and share their unique stories and perspectives. It’s easy and you’ll learn a lot. Plus, there’s no homework!
Earn credit toward your course grade (Don't need credit? You can still join us.)
Check with your instructor to make sure you understand how GXP will be factored into your course grade. At the end of GXP, your ELI instructor forwards an assessment of your performance and attendance to your instructor.
