The Global Experience Project, GXP,

is a dynamic, interactive

  • one-hour per week, eight-week program at the English Language Institute,

  •
  • which helps develop the English language skills of college-bound international students from around the world.
You’ll join an ELI class once a week and participate in specially designed activities- interviews, panel discussions, consensus and cultural-awareness building exercises, and more.
You’ll get to know students from around the world- up close and personal- all waiting to practice English with you and share their unique stories and perspectives. It’s easy and you’ll learn a lot. Plus, there’s no homework!
** Earn credit toward your course grade
Check with your instructor to make sure you understand how GXP will be factored into your course grade. At the end of GXP, your ELI instructor forwards an assessment of your performance and attendance to your instructor. (And if you don’t need credit, we’d love to have you join us!)
